M365 Terms of Use

Introduction​

Welcome to Kitiplex's use of Microsoft 365 (M365). These Terms of Use outline the guidelines and regulations for using M365 within our organization. By accessing M365, you agree to comply with these terms.

Authorized Use​

  • Eligibility: M365 access is granted to Kitiplex employees and authorized personnel only. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
  • Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring that their usage complies with organizational policies.
  • Compliance: Users must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies when using M365.

Data Protection and Privacy​

  • Confidentiality: Users must respect the confidentiality of data stored and transmitted via M365. Sharing confidential information externally is strictly prohibited unless authorized.
  • Data Security: Users must take necessary measures to safeguard sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.
  • Privacy: Kitiplex respects user privacy and complies with all relevant data protection laws. Users' personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use​

  • Professional Conduct: Users must engage in respectful and professional behavior when using M365, refraining from any activity that may harm the organization's reputation.
  • Prohibited Activities: Activities such as hacking, unauthorized access, distribution of malware, or any other illegal or unethical behavior are strictly prohibited.
  • Intellectual Property: Users must respect intellectual property rights and refrain from infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights when using M365.

Usage Guidelines​

  • Resource Management: Users are encouraged to use organizational resources efficiently and responsibly, avoiding excessive consumption of storage or bandwidth.
  • Legal Compliance: Users must ensure that their usage of M365 complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including export control laws.
  • Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged to report any suspected violations of these terms or security incidents promptly to the designated authorities.

Termination​

Kitiplex reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to M365 for any user found violating these terms or engaging in unauthorized activities. Termination may occur without prior notice.

Amendments​

Kitiplex may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of M365 after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
